Villas in Bali villa pemutih including 3 bedrooms, Studio bedroom and Garden Villa all with en-suite bathrooms, sleeps 10 adults.

All mattresses are King Koil hotel standard and bedrooms are air-conditioned. A mezzanine connects upper bedrooms and a huge open deck. Downstairs is a huge living room with built in bar area opening towards the sea, the free form pool and garden.

The Kitchen and Dining bale are located in the garden at the rear of the main villa building.

The swimming pool is non chlorinated saltwater type system and has an adjoining bale where guests can enjoy the beautiful rural surroundings and magnificent sunsets. A second bale is located on the cliff face.

Power
The villa is connected to the PLN public supply supported by an automatic back-up 60 KVA diesel powered genset. Power is 220v.

Internet
Villa Pemutih has access to broadband internet via Blueline. This is available to guests at a cost of Rp150,000 per day (unlimited number of users).

Catering/meals
Villa Pemutih provides daily breakfast, teas coffees and fruit juices for villa guest only. All other meals must be arranged with our staff. 24 hours notice is required and our manager or assistant manager will plan requirements with guests throughout their stay to ensure smooth flow of catering.
Once menus are agreed our staff can arrange to buy necessary food. Guests will be charged directly for this on the basis of actual cost per receipts plus 20% .Guests will be asked for advance funds for these purchases.
We maintain a very small supply of wine, beer, and mixers to meet unplanned guest requirements and have a wine list from which guest can make advanced purchase of wine at wholesale plus 25%

Special dietary requirements of guests should be advised in advance.
If a meal on arrival is required please advise in advance.

The villa and staff are equipped to cater for meals, barbeques etc up to 20 guests. Beyond that our guests may prefer to engage external caterers. These are fairly inexpensive and out staff can assist with this.

Water
Villa water is from the public supply and as elsewhere in Bali not safe to drink. Bottled water is provided throughout the villa on a continuous basis as required.

Telephone.
Telephone service in the Bukit area is by radio Flexi telephone system which is unreliable. Guests are advised to bring their own mobile telephone. Reception at Villa Pemutih is quite reasonable. Fax service at the villa is not available but can be arranged with our staff. This is because Flexi system does not support fax.

Laundry/Linen
Villa Pemutih staff will meet simple laundry requirements of guests in house only. Valuable garments requiring special treatment or dry cleaning are sent to an external commercial laundry at guest expense. The villa staff will arrange this on request.
The Villa does not accept responsibility for loss of or damage to garments laundered.
Bed linen, bath and pool towels are provided by the Villa.

Massage
Traditional massage services are available from local village ladies or alternative we utilise the services of a professional visiting spa and massage service offering a variety of treatments. Our staff can assist to arrange either service.

Villa Pemutih is located on the Bukit Peninsula approximately 25 minutes from Bali International Airport, Ngurah Rai. Perched on the cliffs overlooking Padang Padang, Bingin and Impossibles, three of Bali’s most famous large surfing breaks, The Villa boasts stunning views and scenery and private beach access via a stairway. The famous temple and surfing beach of Uluwatu And Dreamland beach are 10 minutes drive away.

Studio Room
A separate air-conditioned studio equipped with Satellite TV and DVD player with sound system, which can be converted into an additional double bedroom with separate bathroom attached.

Garden Room
Located on the ground floor, facing the sea through lush garden. The Garden Room has a king size four poster bed and ensuite bathroom with oversize bathtub and outdoor shower.

Blue Room
The third air-conditioned bedroom on the upper floor. It’s double bed can be separated into 2 singles. Features an ensuite bathroom with oversize bathtub and shower and sea view private balcony.

Sunset Room
It’s the Master Bedroom of The Villa, located on the upper floor. Enjoy sunset and ocean views from the romantic four poster bed and the private balcony. A Balinese bathroom with oversize bath and semi-outdoor shower completes the experience.
